This faculty covers a broad range of subject areas including outdoor education, which is offered at Y9, 12 and 13, Core and optional PE, core being compulsory in the Middle years and health which is again offered as a core component and available as an NCEA option in the senior school. In the IB pathway it is represented by Sport Science.

The faculty has two gymnasiums, multiple fields and a sports and condition facility as well as two classrooms for theory lessons. Mr Trevor Hayes is the head of faculty for Health and Well-being
